Funding cuts and budgeting problems at the federal state an dlocal governement levels, services for persons with mental illness are or will be at risk during these difficult economic times. There will be a meeting at 7 pm on March 15th in the Spencer Hospital lower level Cedar Conference room, to address some of the budgeting challenges, the questions about mandated vs unmandated services, as well as look for some creative opportunities to develop advocacy options.
