Cattle Barn Options

   Spencer, IA (KICD)--Clay County Fair manager Phil Hurst says he's still looking at options.

      The cattle barn on the fairgrounds went down in a snowstorm earlier this winter.  Hurst says a decision on repair or replacement hasn't been made yet.

      He wants whatever is done there to fit in the larger picture.  That requires looking at the surrounding space of what's left of the cattle barn.

      Hurst says he can't remember ever losing a building on the fairgrounds to the weather.
