Cherokee Fatal

Cherokee, IA (KICD)--A Sutherland man is dead after a two car accident on Highway 3.

Cherokee county deputies say a van driven by 64 year old Donna Fuller of Sutherland apparently crossed into the path of a car driven by 55 year old Marlene Ebert of Marcus..

Ebert and Fuller suffered incapacitating injuries. A passenger in the Fuller van --78 year old Raymond Fuller -- was killed in the crash.

The accident happened shortly after 6 AM Sunday. Both vehicles were totalled.
