Palo Alto Reports



Graettinger, IA (KICD)--An Emmetsburg man is arrested on a number of charges after causing a bit of a scene at Friday night's Graettinger-Terril versus Armstrong-Ringsted playoff football game.
Palo Alto County Chief Deputy Todd Suhr saw 24-year-old Chad Lynch driving a van on the school driveway around the football field. The side door was open and he was near people walking that were at the game.

Lynch was arrested at the field and charged with OWI 2nd offense, driving while revoked for OWI, open container, and possession of alcohol on public school property. He was booked into Palo Alto County jail on a $6,500 bond.

Emmetsburg, IA (KICD)--A Palo Alto County Deputy runs across a car shorty before 1:00 this (Monday) morning.

Deputy Ring subsequently found drug paraphernalia in the car of 24-year-old Paul Kuhlman of Garner. Some marijuana was also found on his person.

Kuhlman was booked into Palo Alto County jail on charges of possession of marijuana within 1000 feet of a school - Iowa Lake Community College - and possession of drug paraphernalia.
