Spencer Arrests

Spencer, IA (KICD)--An Estherville man was arrested early this morning by Spencer Police.

42-year-old Jeffrey Petersen was arrested shortly before 2:00 a.m. and charged with assault on a peace officer & criminal trespassing.

Last Friday Spencer Police arrested 54-year-old David Henegar of Rossie for 3rd degree theft.

Both men were processed and placed in Clay County jail.
