Around 3-am Tuesday morning, an Osceola County Deputy discovered broken glass at the entry door of Sibley Super Foods. Investigating officers determined entry to the business was gained through an unlocked door in the rear of the building.
Uponn checking the in-store surveillance camera, what appeared to be an intoxicated suspect sleeping in the store, then breaking out the front door glass to exit the building.
Deputies conducted a search, and located the suspect in Sibley. 24-year old Zachary Thronson, of Fargo, ND was taken into custody, and charged with allegedly committing 4th Degreee Criminal Mischief, 5th Degree Theft, Tresspassing and Public Intoxication.
Thronson posted a $1900.00 bond and was
