Vehicle In Ditch Arrest

Emmetsbug, IA (KICD) -- A Cylinder man is arrested after leaving a vehicle in the ditch.

The Emmetsburg Police received a report of a vehicle in the ditch by Ken Krause Motors, Friday. Upon investigation, 19-year old Taylor Olsen. He was charged with 2nd offense OWI, and Failure To Maintain Control.

He was taken to the Palo Alto County Jail, awaiting an initial court appearance..
