According to the Sioux County Attorney's Office, formal charges of 1st Degree Harrassment has been filed against 22-year old Ricky Carver. The online threats were made just three days after the Sandy Hook school shootings.
Court documents shared the exact quote from Facebook typed by Carver. "I'm gonna loose (sic) it u gonna hear about me killing a bunch of ppl them myself like my family."
While The comment didnt mention any particular school, and wasnt directed at any individual with any school, officials locked down schools in Hospers and two other nearby towns as a precaution.
