Public Works Projects

Spencer, IA (KICD)--A relatively mild winter has allowed city of Spencer workers to attack some projects they don't always get a chance to tackle.

Public Works Director Mark White tells KICD News that not having to worry as much about snow pickup and removal really opens things up.

White says the list of projects seems to never end.

White says when the inevitable snow does start to come on a more frequent basis they are prepared.
