Britney Spears' former brother-in-law filed a bizarre restraining order request against the star a week before Christmas.

Ex-husband Kevin Federline's sibling Christopher claims the "Toxic" singer stole his credit card and threatened to go public with the fact he's the biological father of her son Sean Preston.

In court papers obtained by RadarOnline.com, Federline alleges Spears took off with his Capital One credit card after finding it lying on her ex-husband's coffee table and charged over $4,500 to his account.

Her former brother-in-law claims she spent the money on vintage comic books.

In his complaint, he states, "She also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card that she will tell the world I'm the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin."

A judge has dismissed the case.
