Spencer, IA (KICD)--A Wednesday evening OWI crash into a house lands Spencer man in the hospital.

Spencer Police say 53-year-old Brent Kingery pulled into the driveway at 1521 17th Avenue West around 7:15 p.m. Kingery then backed up and went forward crashing into the front of a house. Possible damage to the garage's brick work and a run over lawn ornament were reported. The damage estimate came to $5,000.

Kingery was taken to the Spencer Emergency Room by Spencer Ambulance with non-incapacitating injuries and was later released. Kingery was cited for OWI 1st offense and failure to maintain control. He was processed and placed in Clay County jail.

Spirit Lake, IA (KICD)--A Spirit Lake man has been jailed on numerous charges.

The Dickinson County Jail roster shows 25-year-old Beau Wanner was booked last evening on a class D felony count of possession marijuana in a jail facility , assault against a Police officer, disorderly conduct, and interference with official acts.
