Last Tuesday, the Palo Alto County Sheriffs Office took a report of a burglary at a Graettinger residence. Following an investigation, a search warrant was issued at 312 South Washington, in Graettinger.
Items recovered during the search led to an arrest warrant for 41-year old Shawn Pattison. On Saturday, the Clay County Sheriffs Office located Pattison, transporting him to Palo Alto County, where he was arested on a Palo Alto County warrant for 3rd Degree Burglary, a class D felony.
He was jailed on a $10,000 cash or surety bond, and is awaiting an initial appearance before a judge.
