Estherville Disturbance



Estherville, IA (KICD) -- A complaint of loud music leads to several being cited.

Just after 2-am Saturday, Estherville Police were dispatched to a residence for a complaint of loud music.  Upon arrival, Officers discovered a loud party. Further investigation revealed that several of the individuals present were consuming alcohol under the legal age.

  As a result, 22-year old Tyler Boesch, along with 20-year olds Rebecca Hallmana and Dalton Woodyard were cited for Keeping A Disorderly House.  19-year olds Amanda Clark and Johnathan Greene, 20-year old Anthony DeFries and 21-year old Gabriel Davis were all  cited for Frequenting a Disorderly House.

   It was also noted a Juvenile female, and a Juvenile male were also at the residence. 

All individuals were cited and released to appear in Emmet County Magistrate Court or Emmet County Juvenile Court Services.
