Brandi Glanville: 'LeAnn and I still clash over the kids'

LeAnn Rimes' former love rival has revealed things are still tense between her and the country star - three years after the Blue singer's on and off-set romance with actor Eddie Cibrain ended his marriage.

Reality TV star Brandi Glanville admits she still has "issues" with the woman who broke up her family, and wishes she was a more respectful stepmother to her young sons.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star tells Access Hollywood Live she had a big problem with Rimes' actions over Halloween last week.

She explains, "There's highs and lows. I have issues from time to time. I didn't have my kids on Halloween. This year they were with their dad and she's (Rimes) tweeting photos and people are calling, saying, 'I saw your babies online' and it breaks my heart because I can't be there with them... I was p**sed... I mean, send me the pictures.

"Three of my best friends are stepmoms and they have no issues, they're very respectful, there's no drama, they handle it properly.

"I think with the situation between him (Cibrian) and I, it was more like, 'Ha, ha, ha, I won...' and now it's like, 'I won, I have the kids, I have the husband,' and it's like, 'OK, you win, now go and make music...' I feel like there's still that, like, 'I got this, I got your family!'

"I wish the best for them. I want them to go and be happy... and just be respectful."
Glanville insists she's respectful of her ex and his new wife, agreeing not to tell the kids about Rimes' recent rehab stint.

The reality TV star adds, "They do not know. I wanted to talk to the kids about it but I respected Eddie's wishes and we didn't say anything 'cause she (Rimes) does go on tour and she does leave for long periods of time, so it wasn't that big of a deal."

And she's happy that her sons like their stepmother: "It would be hard for me if they didn't like her. I would be in court trying to get them back all the time." (KL/WNVACC/MT)
