Spencer, IA (KICD) -- A ribbon cutting is held in Spencer, for a prominent agriculture company's new facility.
The ribbon cutting ceremony was held in Spencer Monday afternoon, for Pioneer Seeds. Several people were on hand for the ceremony, including Pioneer officials from northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota facilities.
Paul Jensen is a spokesman for Pioneer Seeds. He shares his excitement for getting the facility going strong...
Jensen said the timetable for the building's completion was just amazing to him, and gives credit where he feels it's due...

Jensen says delivery of the product to the structure will begin Monday, November 12th, and it should take no longer than a couple weeks to get the facility loaded and fully operational.

Spencer was chosen from many sites looked over from central Iowa into Southern Minnesota, as the home for the over 200,000 square foot facility.
