Storm Lake, IA (KICD) -- A Storm Lake man is charged after a search warrant is executed.
Storm Lake Police executed the search warrant around 4-pm Thursday, at 502B in connection with an ongoing drug related investigation. Upon conducting the search, police reportedly located and seized marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Following an investigation, police arrested 37-year old Mariano Jimenez, and charged him with Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. It was further determined that Jimenez was wanted on a warrant charging him with Failure to Appear in Court reference OWI and Driving While Revoked.
He was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on a $2,300.00 cash bond.
