The Emmetsburg Police conducted an investigation, on October 16th, which resulted in 16-year old Alicia Scott being cited for Delivery Of A Controlled Substance, a class C felony, along with Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs.
Scott was cited with a juvenile referral, and was released to the custody of a parent.
