Foote Trial Scheduled



Spencer, IA (KICD)--A February 26th jury trial has been scheduled for a Spencer man facing a class C felony count of willful injury.

On September 1st 22-year-old Chase Foote of Spencer was arrested after 44-year-old Jefferson Wilbur was found lying on his back and unresponsive.  WIlbur suffered possible life threatening injuries after his head struck the ground and several facial fractures.   Foote was located near the incident scene and taken into custody without incident.

Pretrial is scheduled for January 15th.
