Around 12:30 this afternoon, a Worthington area farmer was driving a tractor pulling a chisel plow heading north on Highway 59, on the north side of Worthington, when the equipment became wedged under an Interstate 90 bridge.
The Worthington Police Department said there were no injuries, and no other vehicles involved in the incident. The Minnesota State Patrol then had to direct traffic around the wedged machinery.
The State Patrol said the equipment was freed from under the overpass around 2:45 Thursday afternoon. Officials from the Department of Tramsportation came in and looked over the bridge and determined there was no structural damage.
