Felony OWI Arrest



Jackson, MN (KICD) -- A Windom man has been jailed on a felony DWI charge.

   A Jackson County Sheriff's Deputy observed a van driven by 61-year old Theodore Koch crossing the center line on County Road 9.  After stopping the van, Koch was found to be intoxicated. 

   He was arrested and charged with the felony OWI, due to having been previously charged and convicted of three or more DWI's since March of 2008.  Koch was currently on probation, and remains in the Jackson County Jail under a $40,000 bond.
