CCE Board



Everly, IA (KICD)--The Clay Central Everly School Board is looking to fill a newly created vacancy.

Superintendent Dennis McClain tells KICD News that following the most recent census the boundaries for Director District 2 have changed.

After consulting with attorneys and the Iowa Secretary of State it was deemed the District 2 spot, currently filled by Board President Tony Seivert, is now vacant. 

McClain expressed disappointment with pending ousting of Seivert.

The CCE district will be reaching out to potential replacements and all interested in filling the post may contact the district or any of the current board members.  This term will run up to September of 2013.
