SCT: Little Shop of Horrors

Spencer, IA (SCT)--Spencer Community Theatre welcomes audiences to one of Off-Broadway’s longest running musicals, Little Shop of Horrors. Tickets are on sale now to the public for all eight performances of this quirky classic. A down-on-his-luck floral shop assistant, Seymour Krelborn (Marc Benedict) happens upon a “strange and interesting” plant in the local skid-row market. The plant, lovingly named Audrey II (Brent Berends, Dan Mayes) in honor of his Seymour’s never-quite girlfriend Audrey (Michele Mayes) brings him fortune and fame.
