The Spirit Lake Police said that just before 1-pm Friday, they made an arrest on a wanted subject, who fled on foot and was later apprehended by officers. During the investigation, approximately 24 grams of a white crystal substance, believed to be methamphetamine was located along with a drug pipe.
As a result, 24-year old Jeffrey Krowlorz II was arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, With Intent To Deliver, a class B felony, Failure To Affix A Drug Tax Stamp, a class D felony, as well as Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Interference With Official Acts.
Krowlorz II was booked into the Dickinson County Jail. Assisting with the incident was the Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force, Dickinson County Sheriffs Office, Clay County Sheriffs Office and the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement.
