Willison To Prison



Spirit Lake, IA (KICD)--A Milford man is heading to prison on drug charges after entering a guilty plea.

On July 2nd Spirit Lake Police arrested 37-year old Heath Willison following a lengthy investigation on charges of Ongoing Criminal Conduct, a class B felony, and 5 counts each of Possession Of A Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and Marijuana with the Intent To Deliver.   It was noted that on numerous occasions, buys of marijuana and methamphetamine were made from Willison.  Additional misdemeanor charges were filed as well.

In Dickinson County Court on Monday WIllison was sentenced on one of the meth charges to spend 10 years in prison which will run concurrent with previous drug and alcohol related charges.
WIllison is currently being held in Dickinson County jail awaiting transport to the Oakdale Prison.
