Spencer Felony Beating



Spencer, IA (KICD)--Additional information has been released into an early Tuesday morning disturbance in Spencer.

Spencer police and medical personnel were called to the 500 block of East 3rd Street around 2:15 Tuesday morning to find 59-year-old Edward Kitto badly beaten in the back yard.  Kitto was taken to Spencer Hospital and later life flighted to Sioux Falls.  He was last listed in critical condition.

An arrest warrant for 21-year-old Christopher Fitzpatrick on a class C felony count of willful injury has been issued in connection to the incident.  A cash reward from Crimestoppers is being offered for information leading to Fitzpatrick's arrest
