Spencer, IA (KICD)--Three from Spencer face drug charges.

Late last Monday evening 27-year-old Derrick Huber, 25-year-old Nelette Schukei, and 20-year-old Grant Fremont of Spencer were arrested in the 800 block of Grand Avenue.  Huber was charged with class D felony counts of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and failure to affix a drug tax stamp, as well as possession drug paraphernalia.  Schukei and Fremont were each charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Spencer, IA (KICD)--Spencer Police are looking into a quartet of burglaries.

Last Wednesday a burglary in the 1000 block of 11th Avenue West was reported.  Another burglary was reported in the 500 block of South Grand the following day.  Also on Thursday an undetermined amount of money was taken for a burglary in the 600 block of 4th Avenue Southwest.  On Monday morning Police received a report of several bank bags being stolen in the 10 block of East 21st Street.  An undetermined amount of money was taken.

Spencer, IA (KICD)--A Spencer man faces a number of charges from Spencer Police.

36-year-old Shawn Aeilts was charged Sunday evening with disorderly conduct, defacing property, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication and an O'Brien County warrant.

Aeilts was processed and placed in Clay County jail.

Spencer, IA (KICD)--A Spencer man faces a felony OWI offense.

Shortly after 2:00 Saturday morning 43-year-old Pane Lovan was stopped by Spencer Police.  He was charged with OWI 3rd offense & driving while barred.

Lovan was processed and placed in Clay County jail.
