Spencer, IA (KICD) -- The 2012 Clay County Fair is going to feature Iowa Wind Energy Day.
That day will be Sunday, September 9th, as the Iowa Wind Energy Association, along with 10 co-sponsors will focus on Iowa's national leadership in the wind energy industry, providing exhibits and education for all fairgoers.
