Sibley Accident

Sibley, IA (KICD) -- A Sibley man is arrested after a Saturday accident.

On Saturday, the Osceola County Sheriffs Office investigated a single vehicle accident outside of Sibley. Upon investigation, it was determined the driver of the vehicle, Ramiro Ruiz-Gordillo was found to be allegedly intoxicated while driving the vehicle as well as not have a valid Driver's License.

As a result, Ruiz-Gordillo was arrested on charges of OWI and Driving Without a Valid Drivers License. Ruiz-Gordillo is currently in the Osceola County Jail being held on an ICE detainer.
