Kossuth County Fatal

Algona, IA (KICD)--A Kossuth County accident takes the life of an Ottosen man.

The Iowa State Patrol says 21-year-old Daniel Thilges was heading south on 100th Avenue at 2:00 a.m. Saturday. He lost control of his 2000 Mercury Sable and rolled several times before coming to a rest on the car's top.

Thilges, who was not wearing a seatbelt, passed away after being taken to Kossuth Regional Health Center.
