Spencer, IA: (Jul 05, 2012) - Thunderstorms rolled across Jackson County, Minnesota Thursday morning. The storms brought welcome rains, some pretty heavy, according to Larry Stuckenbroker, with the Jackson County Farm Service Agency (FSA).
 

 
Stuckenbroker said there was some crop and property damage south of Jackson that came with the rain.
 

 
Stuckenbroker said it had been about three weeks since any significant rain fell in Jackson County. Larry Stuckenbroker is County Executive Director for the Jackson County Farm Service Agency.
