Spencer, IA (KICD)--A Spencer man is jailed last Wednesday by Spencer Police.
46-year-old James Campbell was arrested on charges of public intoxication and possession of marijuana. 

Campbell was transported to police department, processed and placed in jail.

Spencer, IA (KICD)--A Spencer woman is arrested for stealing an IPOD.

The incident was reported earlier this month.  31-year-old Amy Barajas was charged in connection with 4th degree theft by Spencer Police.

Storm Lake, IA (KICD)--Two face charges for allegedly smoking pot.

Storm Lake Police responded Tuesday evening to a report of three people smoking marijuana in the garage at the rear of and apartment complex.  After locating a small amount or marijuana in the garage 21-year-old Luis Torres of Storm Lake was charged with possession of marijuana and gathering where illegal drugs are used.  He was booked into the Buena Vista County Jail on a $2,000 cash bond.

23-year-old Carlos Chavez was later located and charged with gathering where illegal drugs are used.  His bond was set at $1,000 cash.

Additional arrests are anticipated.

Spencer, IA (KICD) -- A Spencer man was arrested on three warrants.

   The Clay County Sheriffs Office made the arrest of 35-year old Brandon Buchholz late Thursday night, at 409 1st Avenue West.

   Buchholz was arrested on two Clay County Arrest Warrants for Violation of a Protection Order and one Clay County Arrest Warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charges of Domestic Abuse Assault, 3rd or subsequnt event 1st degree Burglary, and Going Armed with Intent.

  Buchholz is currently being held in the Clay County Jail on a $5,000.00 cash only bond.

Spencer, IA (KICD)--A wanted Spencer man is located by the Clay County Sheriff's Office Monday afternoon.

A Deputy conducted an arrest warrant check on 53-year-old Christopher Conlan on a pair of Dickinson County Arrest Warrants.  Original charges include 2nd degree harassment and tampering with a witness. 

Conlan was released from Clay County jail after posting a $3,000 cash or surety bond.
