Spencer, IA: (May 22, 2012) - It’s just over two weeks before the 2012 World Pork Expo kicks off at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines.
 
Nearly 20 thousand people are expected to see the pork industry’s newest technologies, participate in business seminars and, of course, sample piping hot pork on the grill.
 
National Pork Producers Council (NPPC) President R. C. Hunt says eight seminars will feature the latest in nutrition, herd health, manure management and price risk. Hunt is encouraging pork producers to carve out more than one day to take it all in.
 
The World Pork Expo will be June 6^th – 8^th at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines.
