Spencer, IA (KICD)--The new Executive Director of Upper Des Moines Opportunity met with Clay County leaders and officials this morning.

Jamey Whitney tells KICD News that taking this job is like "coming home."



Whitney also carries a strong background with Head Start education.  As for his outlook for Upper Des Moines.



Whitney believes that developing local partnerships is a key to keeping the shelves stocked.
