Noon Walks
Every Tuesday & Thursday through March 29th, get in the Zone and do the "Blue Zone Walk!" From 12:15pm-12:45pm you can show up at the Southpark Mall, Spencer YMCA, Spencer Hospital or the Gateway North Mall and walk! Take the steps to make yourself feel great, relieve stress and get into shape!
