Winter Games Weekend

Okoboji, IA (KICD)–Thousands will visit the Iowa Great Lakes this weekend for the 34th edition of the University of Okoboji Winter Games.
Co-Chair Jeremy Morrison tells KICD News it takes hundreds of people to put this event on.

Over 20 non profits benefit from the weekend.
Broomball has been played since the first Winter Games.  Co-Chair Alison Schmitz runs down several other events.

Events run tonight through Sunday with full schedules available at any of our station websites.
