Sudbeck Preliminary Hearing Waived

Estherville, IA (KICD) — An Estherville man charged with murder waives his right to a preliminary hearing.
  35-year old  Scott Sudbeck was scheduled for a preliminary hearing Friday, in Emmet County District Court.  According to online court documents, Sudbeck decided to waive his right to the hearing, after consulting with his attorney.
  Sudbeck is charged in the February 26th fatal shooting of Michaela Jordan.  Sudbeck remains in the Emmet County Jail on a $2,000,000 cash only bond.
