A search of a residence results in the arrest of a Spencer man.

The Clay County Sheriffs Office said they executed a search warrant at the residence of Duane Anderson (this) Thursday morning. The search turned up multiple items of drug paraphernalia for the use of methamphetamine and marijuana.

Anderson turned himself into the Clay County Jail, and was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Further charges are pending. He was released on bond. Assisting in the search was the Spencer Police Department.
