Spencer School Message Confession

 Spencer, IA (KICD) — The person responsible for the threatening message found on a restroom wall confesses.
  Spencer Police Chief Mark Lawson said a 16-year old male Spencer student came forward to take responsibility for the act.  After the message was found, Spencer high School was dismissed early and law enforcement conducted a search of the building.
  The student has been officially charged with Making a Terroristic Threat, a class D felony, and was released to his parents and referred to juvenile probation authorities.
