Spencer Council Recap #1

Spencer Council Recap #1

Spencer, IA (KICD)– The Spencer City Council has approved the first phase to study storm water drainage south of Highways 18 & 71.

City Manager Bob Fagen says this study is needed.

Fagen says this first of three phases should be completed relatively quickly.

The council also approved a number of Year-End Claims and transfer of funds as the new fiscal year approaches and approved Appointments to Various Boards and Commissions. Only four openings remain and Mayor Reynold Peterson noted he has candidates in mind to fill all of the spots.
