Southern Archery Theft Reward Offered

Spencer, IA (KICD) — A reward is now being offered in a firearms theft in Spencer.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in conjunction with the Spencer Police Department and the National Shooting Sports Foundation are issuing a combined reward of $15,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the theft of firearms from Southern Archery, a federally licensed firearms dealer.

On July 22nd, unknown suspects broke into Southern Archery and stole a large number of firearms from the business. Anyone having any information about the theft or the whereabouts of the stolen firearms is urged to call the ATF or the Spencer Police Department.
