Skate Park Compliance Improving

Spencer, IA (KICD)– Spencer’s Police Chief says that compliance of rules at the skate park has improved in recent weeks.

Chief Mark Warburton says he expects compliance of the rules to go in waves and still recommends a fence be put up to keep bikes out of the skate park.

A new rules sign has also been posted clearly stating the rules of the Spencer Skate Park.
