Sheldon Power Outage


Sheldon, IA (KICD) — A power outage occurred in Sheldon, leaving several residents and business without power.
  Around 7:48 Saturday evening, the power outage began, which affected 786 customers in and near Sheldon.  Tina Pothoff is with MidAmerican Energy, and said  a downed power line was the cause of the outage, as it affected several circuits.
  Mid American workers got the customers power back starting around 8:39, with the last of the customers being back up at 11pm, as repairs were completed.
