Royal Juvenile Criminal Mischief

Royal, IA (KICD)–Four juveniles from Royal have been arrested on burglary, Trespassing, theft and criminal mischief charges.

On Wednesday afternoon the Clay County Sheriff’s Office received a criminal mischief complaint at the Royal High School football field concession stand.  The doors to the concession stand and the women’s bathroom were kicked in.

13-year-old Matthew White, 12-year-old Cole Whiteside, 11-year-old Kaden Knephoff, and Kaiden Whiteside were arrested after investigation.

Cole Whiteside and White were cited into juvenile court on a class D felony count of 3rd Degree Burglary, 4th Degree Criminal Mischief, 5th Degree Theft, and Trespassing .  Both were released to the custody of their parents.

Knephoff and Kaiden Whiteside were cited into juvenile court for 3rd Degree Burglary, 5th Degree Theft, and Trespassing .  Knephoff was released to the custody of his father.  Whiteside was released to the custody of his mother.
