Rembrandt Man Sentenced


Storm Lake, IA (KICD) — A Rembrandt man charged with a pair of burglaries is sentenced.
  18-year old Braeden Bailey pleaded guilty to 2 counts of 3rd degree Burglary, both class D felonies.  Those burglaries occurred in June, at the Rembrandt Bar and Grill and Gibbons Seeds, both in Rembrandt.  In Buena Vista County District Court, Braeden was given 625-dollar suspended fines on both charges… and two-year suspended sentences. Bailey was placed on probation for three years with one day time served… and ordered to pay 598-dollars in court costs, surcharges, and restitution.
