Pocahontas Army Reserve Unit Called For Duty


POCAHONTAS, Iowa (AP) – An Army Reserve unit in Pocahontas has been called up for duty in Afghanistan.
A deployment ceremony is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on January 18th at Pocahontas High School for the 415th Military Police Detachment (Law and Order).
The unit was deployed to Afghanistan in 2009 and 2010.
