Ocheyedan, IA (KICD) — An autopsy determines the cause of death of an Ocheyedan man.
The Iowa DCI ordered the autopsy on the body of 46-year old Steven Noble, at the Iowa Office of the State Medical Examiner Tuesday, by Dr. Jonathan Thompson, who determined the cause of death to be blunt force head injuries from an accidental fall in the victim’s home.
Authorities found the body after a 911 call was received by them around 4:16 Monday afternoon.
