New PAACB Director named

Ruthven, IA (KICD)–A longtime employee of the Palo Alto County Conservation Board has been promoted to the post of Executive Director.

Mary Barrick has worked with the organization for 14 years and tells KICD News she has received plenty of support from the public in the transition process.

Barrick says she is up for the challenge of taking over as Director.

The Palo Alto County Conservation Board manages over 2,500 acres of public forests, marshes, prairies and parks.
