Narcisse Visits KICD Studios

Spencer, IA (KICD)–Gubernatorial candidate Jonathan Narcisse stopped by the KICD Studios this (Tuesday) morning.
The former co-chair of the Polk County Democratic Party previously ran as an independent in 2010, garnering just over one percent of the vote, and is now running as a Democrat.

Narcisse says there is no way we should be raising Iowa’s gas tax.

Narcisse says there is a profound disparity in justice when it comes to the size of one’s bank account.

On that same topic of justice Narcisse in in favor of ending the “war on drugs” which he says is a war on who can and who cannot afford a prominent attorney.

When it comes to raising the minimum wage Narcisse would prefer to see a tiered system.

Jonathan Narcisse will join State Senator Jack Hatch and Paul Dahl on the June 3rd Democratic Primary ticket.  Governor Terry Branstad has declared his intention for re-election and will be joined on the Republican ballot by Tom Hoefling.
