LeMars Accident

 LeMars, IA (KICD) — Icy conditions lead to an accident, that injured a Sanborn man.
  The Iowa State Patrol said accident occurred shortly after 4 Monday afternoon, just east of the intersection of Highways 60 & 75.  68-year old Mark Boswell was driving a 2003 Honda Accord northbound on Highway 60, and as he was using the cruise control on an ice covered roadway, the Honda went out of control.entering the south ditch and flipping over.
  Boswell was unable to get out of the vehicle, and couldnt find his cellphone to contact help, and had to wait for just under an hour before authorities were notified.  He was transported to Floyd Valley Hospital in LeMars by ambulance, with incapacitating injuries.
  The Honda received $5000 in damage and was totalled.
