Lake Park Girl Named NAM Queen

Lake Park Girl Named NAM Queen

Lake Park, IA (KICD)–A Lake Park girl was recently crowned the National American Miss Iowa Preteen Queen.

Carlie Jo Ahrenstorff competed with state finalists ranging in age from 10-12 years old last weekend in Waterloo.

Carlie Jo’s scores in formalwear, interview with the judges, and on-stage introduction placed her at the top of the judges scorecards for this year’s pageant.  She will now head back to California over Thanksgiving week to compete in the National American Miss Queen’s Court Pageant.

Carlie Jo wanted to share a message with other girls her age.

Carlie Jo’s parents are Stacey and Todd Ahrenstorff, of Lake Park.
